
Texas Connector Pipeline
Sempra Infrastructure is proposing to develop the Texas Connector Pipeline, a natural gas pipeline that would serve the Port Arthur LNG Phase 2 project under construction.
The proposed pipeline would connect to various intrastate and interstate pipelines, providing access to major U.S. natural gas supply basins.

Project Scope
Texas Connector Pipeline proposes to include 31 miles of 42-inch diameter pipeline extending from a new compressor station in Orange County, TX called the Orangefield Compressor Station, to the proposed Port Arthur LNG Phase 2 project in Jefferson County, TX.

Project Status
Texas Connector Pipeline received authorization from FERC in April 2019. In June 2025, FERC approved an amendment to incorporate minor modifications aimed at improving construction efficiencies and accommodating landowner requests. All other permits have been obtained.
