Carlos Barajas

Carlos Barajas

Senior Vice President and Chief Safety Officer

Carlos Barajas is senior vice president and chief safety officer at Sempra Infrastructure. He is responsible for Sempra Infrastructure’s health, safety, security and operational excellence efforts. Most recently, Barajas was senior vice president and chief business officer for the clean power business line. Previously, he held various leadership positions at IEnova, Sempra’s subsidiary in Mexico. Barajas joined the Sempra family of companies in 2013.
