Living Our Values
We are proud to be among the companies most committed to equity, diversity, and inclusion. Some of the criteria evaluated by this survey include:
1. Adoption of non-discrimination policies
2. Creation of employee resource groups or diversity and inclusion councils, coaching and training on LGBTQ+ matters
3. Participation in public activities to support LGBTQ+ inclusion.
In this way, and as part of our values of doing the right thing, shaping the future and championing people, we have carried out different actions that allow us to continue building a more diverse and inclusive organizational culture.
We have developed and implemented policies and mechanisms for the prevention of discrimination, violence and harassment; respect and recognition of same-sex marriage; the establishment of clauses within our Major Medical Expenses Insurance; the establishment of a diversity and inclusion committee; the development of communication campaigns related to LGBTQ+, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, among others.
We’ve created a workplace where every person is respected, valued and fully able to participate. Standing together, we truly make a difference.
