Sempra Infrastructure in Mexico was named to the top ten of Mexico’s Great Place to Work rankings within the 500 to 5,000 employee category. This marks the seventh year that our Mexican-based company, formerly IEnova, received the recognition and the first year in the top ten.
“We are so proud to have received this honor,” said Randy Clark, senior vice president and chief human resources officer of Sempra Infrastructure. “This is a testament of our commitment to create a high-performing culture aligned with living our values to do the right thing, champion people and shape the future.”
Our more than 2,000 employees are dedicated to making a difference by developing, building and operating clean power, energy networks and LNG and net-zero solutions that are expected to play a crucial role in the energy systems of the future.
“To have obtained this recognition in such a complex year as 2021 is an incredible achievement,“ adds Justin Bird, CEO of Sempra Infrastructure. “I am inspired to work with our teams in both the U.S. and Mexico to continue implementing policies, processes and procedures that prioritize the wellbeing and health of our employees, so they feel valued and enabled to reach their full potential.”
