At Sempra Infrastructure, we believe our long-term success is rooted in our responsibility to the communities where we live, work, and operate. That’s why, during the 2024 Season of Giving, Sempra Infrastructure and Port Arthur LNG supported organizations tackling food insecurity and aiding vulnerable populations. The grants funded various hunger relief initiatives, including large-scale food distribution programs, food pantries, meal services, and holiday meal support.
As part of the initiative, Sempra Infrastructure provided grants to seven local organizations focused on hunger relief, while also offering volunteer opportunities such as organizing food drives, distributing Thanksgiving baskets, and assisting with holiday meal box assembly and distribution. Port Arthur LNG allocated grants to 18 hunger relief organizations, with additional support from Bechtel. Beyond financial aid, Port Arthur LNG also brightened the season for children and seniors by providing personalized holiday gifts.
Through grants, volunteer efforts, and community support, the 2024 Season of Giving Initiative made an immediate, meaningful impact on families and individuals across Jefferson County and Southwest Louisiana, fostering hope, togetherness, and resilience during the holiday season.
