A Culture of Belonging
Sempra Infrastructure in Mexico was recently named to the top ten of Mexico’s Great Place to Work rankings within the 500 to 5,000 employee category and has also been recognized with the top 100 point rating by The Human Rights Campaign’s HRC Equidad MX: Global Workplace Equity Program. HRC’s Equidad MX report is a first-of-its-kind assessment designed to increase LGBTQ+ inclusion in workplaces across Mexico.
Additionally, Sempra Infrastructure in Mexico launched its inaugural Diversity & Inclusion Week. Employees came together for thoughtful dialogue, panel discussions on diversity, equity and respect, as well as virtual visits to the Memory and Tolerance Museum to learn more about tolerance, non-violence and human rights.
